- Please note: For pallet orders and larger order we rely on carriers to pick up your order. In some cases this takes a day or two resulting in longer transit time.

Return and Refund Policy
At Viagrow, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products and services. We are committed to offering premium quality items at fair prices. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a purchase. Returns:
- Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. We are unable to accept returns of used items as we cannot resell them as new or return them to vendors due to unmet expectations.
- Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process. In the absence of a receipt, we will search our records for the related invoice.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:

Returns:
